Youngsters as young as 3 all of the way up to 6th grade can join in the fun, with practices and games continually in the week and weekends.

While kickball might bring to mind adolescence gymnasium classes, this adult league reminds player how much fun this sport can truly be. Teams are organized by ability level and force. Some groups just want to get out there and have a good time, while some others are dedicated and fit individuals who truly need to win. Either way, it's a fun experience that takes place on weeknights, with special competitions on weekends. For those people, joining Team in Training could be a perfect way to stay in shape and pull in money for charity. The Atlanta branch of Team in Training helps train beginners to run a half marathon or a marathon. In return for frequent group runs, a training schedule and experienced coaches, you raise money for cancer awareness. There is a great social aspect to the group too , with several runs ending in coffees or drinks while you discuss the following step of your training.
