First of all you have to get all your documentation in order in the country that you currently reside in. Although this seems easy enough to do, it is surprising to find out how few and far between these people are. Sometimes there are translation companies that offer these services. The trick is to get one that is close to you as if they are in a different city or town you will then have to send them the document via mail. All this is very time consuming and tests your patience.

When looking for a translator it is imperative that they are certified as not just anyone that can speak the language can do the translations for you. One has to then find someone close to where you live, or you will have to mail the important documents to them which will then take more time. They will then translate the papers for you and return them to you after which you can then submit them at the embassy for application to relocate.

Once you have submitted them they are then sent to the other country where they are inspected. Should you be one of the fortunate people, they will then send them back to your embassy after they have been approved. One is never assured that this will happen though and often regulations change overnight and the documents then have to be resubmitted.

Be sure to confirm that you are using certified translation services in Minneapolis before you make use of them. One should be able to do this by contacting the embassy to check that they are. Beware of people who say they can do it for you, only to find out later that they did not know what they were doing and your papers have to be redone.
